<p>These milk cartons take a unique approach to the package design by eliminating color to distinguish fat content, and using form instead.  From <a href="http://www.raw-edges.com/">Raw Edge&#8217;s</a> website:</p>

These three different milk cartons distinguish between the rates of fat in the milk by using form rather then colour. The form of the milk cartons reflects in a way on the milk’s texture and smoothness. The two back folds are used as the carton&#8217;s handle, while the two in the front function as the spout.

This illustration is titled &#8220;Douglas Archibald has Dreams&#8221;; and it is done with watercolor, white out, and ink. I love how these labels have a certain &#8220;raw&#8221; feeling to them. By combining stamping, hole punching, and tearing Beast Pieces achieved a nice cohesive look.
