In the event it chooses to do so at its discretion, Design Uproar assumes no responsibility for the submissions or any obligation to remove any inappropriate submissions or any responsibility for the conduct of a member submitting inappropriate submissions. At its sole discretion, Design Uproar may remove any submission and/or delete a member’s account for violating any of these Terms of Use at any time and without notice. Design Uproar will terminate a member’s account who is determined to have been notified of infringing activity multiple times and/or has had a submission removed from the service multiple times for infringing activity. Design Uproar reserves the right, but not the obligation, to take any appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the service or violation of the Terms of Use.

Conduct of Use

You agree to not use Design Uproar to:

  • Abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users of the site.
  • Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
  • Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user of the site.
  • Create or submit unwanted email to any other users or URL.
  • Submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs re-purposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content.
  • Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  • To advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent
